During his many years as President and Director of Operations for Chaps Restaurants in Oakville, Andres received several prestigious awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year and the Mayor’s Award for Business in the Arts. A long-time cottage owner in Collingwood, Andres and his family made the decision to move full-time to the Blue Mountains in 2001, and he has since been hard at work building long-lasting client relationships as a REALTOR®. His enthusiastic, detail-oriented approach to real estate makes him the ideal professional to guide you through the buying or selling process. In addition to residential real estate, Andres is also experienced in commercial & development property leasing & sales, as well as business only sales.
